I'm Ana — a bilingual LCSW who's spent the last six years working at the intersection of trauma, addiction, and mental health. I trained in South Florida and have worked in treatment centers in both Florida and Colorado, which means I've sat with people in some of their hardest moments and helped them find their way through. I'm not here to give you a script or tell you what you "should" feel — I'm here to help you actually figure things out.
