My own story began in the Dominican Republic, and I was raised in the heart of the Bronx, NY. Growing up between two distinct worlds gave me a deep appreciation for culture, identity, and the unique stories we all carry. Because of this, I am proud to offer a completely bilingual space, holding therapy sessions in both English and Spanish.

Instead, we work together to help you find balance, heal from the past, and build a life that feels genuinely good to live.

I am a licensed professional counselor in multiple states, with experience working with both juvenile and adult mental health populations. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, dual diagnosis concerns, and challenges related to the criminal justice system.
Most recently, I worked as a therapist in a rural community mental health program, providing counseling to individuals with diverse needs. Beyond my work as a therapist, I have enjoyed engaging with the community through training, outreach, and education. I earned my Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Psychology from Mercyhurst College. I am licensed in both Minnesota and Pennsylvania and am credentialed with the National Board for Certified Counselors. Additionally, I have completed specialized training in the treatment of anxiety disorders.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our family. We enjoy traveling—especially when it means discovering hidden gems off the beaten path. I also like cooking, attending local festivals, tackling home improvement projects, and cheering on my kids in their extracurricular activities.
