Hi, I’m Christopher, a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and a background in both healthcare and military leadership. My experience includes working in high‐intensity medical environments where I supported individuals facing significant stress, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, trauma‐related concerns, and high levels of stress. My goal is to provide care that is empowering, holistic, and supportive, helping clients build resilience and regain a sense of balance in their lives.
I help children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, and major life stress. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel understood and leave with practical tools they can use in everyday life.
Hey there, my name is Chelsea. I have been holding space with people since as far back as I can remember, and officially as an LPC starting in 2008. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Texas Lutheran University, I secured my Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio (2006). Walking beside clients in their journeys through anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and grief/loss for the last 15+ years, has been quite an honor. In 2015, I expanded my knowledge and practice to include work with eating disorders.
I am grounded in person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Additionally, I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based model designed to help children and adolescents heal from trauma.
For the majority of my career I have supported children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and learning differences, as well as neurotypical individuals. I have also worked with children and families in Philadelphia’s foster care system, military families, and professionals in the medical field.
Hi, and welcome! I'm a therapist who helps people reconnect with themselves during seasons of profound change. Whether you're rediscovering who you are after getting sober or navigating the emotional and identity shifts of pregnancy and postpartum, therapy can offer space to slow down, reflect, and grow. With experience as a birth doula, I understand the complexities of becoming a parent and the many ways our sense of self evolves. Together, we'll explore what matters most to you and build a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you're becoming.

LIFE be LIFING...You’ve been carrying a lot for a long time. Maybe anxiety, depression, past experiences, or high-stress situations are starting to catch up with you, and it’s getting harder to manage on your own. You might feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand or unsure how to move forward. If you’re ready to feel more in control, break unhealthy cycles, and finally have space to focus on yourself, we can work together to help you create clarity, stability, and real, lasting change.
