Hi, and welcome! I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is important. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. My clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, easy to talk to, and solution-oriented.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and family concerns, low self-esteem, stress, difficult life transitions, and challenges with boundaries or putting their own needs first. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that your experiences deserve to be understood without judgment.
I strive to create a space where therapy feels like a genuine conversation—one where you can be yourself, feel heard, explore difficult experiences, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. I will support and encourage you while also helping you recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy going to the gym, staying active, taking nature walks, traveling, and getting lost in a good book. These activities remind me of the importance of balance, personal growth, self-care, and making time for the things that help us feel grounded and connected to ourselves.

Choosing a therapist is one of the most personal decisions you’ll make, and I believe feeling genuinely understood is the foundation of meaningful change. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have spent over a decade working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other complex mental health concerns across diverse levels of care.
My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative while remaining grounded in evidence-based treatment. I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to grow, and empowered to make lasting changes that extend well beyond our sessions. My goal isn’t simply to help you cope—it’s to help you build a life that feels more connected, balanced, and aligned with who you truly are.

My path to becoming a clinician has been intentional. Beyond my master's degree in counseling and advanced post-master's training, my work in non-profit and community mental health has given me a breadth of experience with people from all walks of life. This doesn't mean "I've seen it all," but it does mean that I'm prepared to meet you where you are, without judgment. No matter what you're going through, if you are ready to take a step, so am I.
Look, nothing gets better if we don't find a way to face it safely. That's why therapy takes courage. It took courage just to get this far, and you already deserve credit for that. When you're ready for that first, brave step of reaching out, I'll be here, ready to loan you some of my hope until you can hold it for yourself.
